Fees

Each 50-minute session takes place online, offering you privacy, flexibility, and the comfort of being in your own space. Sessions run at the same time each week where possible.

Individual Therapy – £65 per session.
Payment is due upon booking.

15% discount available for military/veterans, Teachers, NHS and emergency services staff. (Proof of MOD 90 or Blue Light Card).

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email, WhatsApp or call (and leave a message if not available) giving at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Sessions not cancelled and not attended will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
